    Deliveries and Returns

    Delivery

    Deliveries on orders over R700 include a free shipping option. The order will be despatched via Standard Delivery as described below. Should you wish to receive your order via Express Delivery this option is available at a cost of R120. 

    Free Delivery - R0.00

    Available on orders over R700.00. Delivered via Standard Delivery method (please see below).

    Standard Delivery - R85.00

    Delivery will usually take 3-5 working days to arrive. Please see terms below. 

    Express Delivery - R120.00

    Delivery will usually take 1-2 working days to arrive. Please see terms below.   

    Terms

    Delivery times are calculated according to the Main Centres in South Africa. If you fall outside any of the Main Centres please add 1 working day to the lead time. Main Centres include any destination within a 50km radius of the following cities: 

    Pretoria, Johannesburg, Bloemfontein, Cape Town, George, Port Elizabeth, East London, Durban, Pietermaritzburg, and Polokwane (Pietersburg).

    If your location incurs an additional delivery cost this will be for your account. At this point we will notify you via email and you will be given the option of whether to continue with the transaction, make an alternative arrangement for pickup/postage or discontinue the transaction upon which time we will refund you in full. 

     

    Exchanges, Returns, & Cancellations

     

    Exchanges

    It is important to us that you get the right size and fit with our apparel.  We put great effort into providing you with Size Advice in every product description. Please make sure you read the Size Advice to ensure you get the best fit possible.

    A client can, within 3 days of receipt of a product, request to swap an item for another size, or another style. We are happy to exchange products bought at regular price, that are returned to us in original condition, with the label still attached. To initiate the exchange process email us at info@nativesport.co.za with your order number and exchange request. We will invoice you R150 for the exchange.  Once we have received proof of payment, we will dispatch the requested product. Our couriers will deliver the new product, and at the same time collect the product to be returned.  Place the product to be returned in the Return Envelope as provided by the couriers. If we happen to be out of a size/style you want, you can pick another similar product, or, we will give you a store credit voucher.  The credit amount will exclude shipping cost, and 5% of the original transaction amount will be deducted for handling fees. In order to receive the store credit voucher, you need to send the product back to us, with clear instructions and the order number.  The product must be delivered to us within 7 days of receipt of order.

    The cost of returning the product to us will be for your account. We recommend that you use a courier service that offers a tracking facility (This allows us both to confirm delivery of your return). Should you choose to use a courier that does not offer a tracking facility and the goods are lost then no refund or return will be considered.

    Once we receive your returned product, we will check to make sure that it is still in its original condition. 

    We will email you the store credit voucher. 

     

    Returns

    We accept returns on products that were bought at regular price. We must be notified within 3 days of receipt of a product, that you wish to return the product. All returns must be in original condition, with label attached, and sent back to us within 7 days of receipt of the product.  Items purchased on sale are not eligible for return. 

    We offer store credit vouchers for returns. The credit amount will exclude shipping cost, and 5% of the original transaction amount will be deducted for handling fees. Please note that free shipping items will also have a standard shipping fee deducted on top of the 5% handling deduction since the ‘free’ shipping has been paid for by Native Sport.

    Cancellations 

    We take great care to provide you with an easy and pleasant online shopping experience. A great deal of effort goes into providing you with as much information as possible to ensure that you have a pleasant shopping experience. Please make sure that you are happy that you are making an informed buying decision when going through with the transaction. If you have any questions we are available between 9:30am and 4:30pm - please call the number on the homepage. In the event that between paying for the transaction and us shipping the product(s) you decide you no longer wish to commit to the purchase a store credit will be issued.

    Faulty or Damaged Goods

    Every effort is made to ensure that you receive neither faulty nor damaged goods. At the time of despatch the items are individually inspected before being packed. In the unlikely event that you receive a faulty or damaged item please notify us and we will provide a replacement. In the event that we do not have a suitable replacement a store credit will be provided.
